Tuna Saltimboca

An original Roman dish created with thin veal cooked and served with tomatoes, prosciutto and basil. We have prepared this dish with Tuna wich gives a perfect meaty sensation and brings an awesome result. We add a side of Saffron cream Risotto with it and has become one of our signature dishes and a sure hit on our customers preferences. This time we decided to prepare an appetizer with “pinchos” (Spanish Tapas) and made risotto crackers to accompany the prosciutto wrapped tuna bits with tomato concassè and fresh basil with a light pesto dressing.
