Tostadas Le Chef

One of the most popular Mexican finger food that has become famous world wide lately are our dear “Tostadas”, everybody is preparing them and eating them in all kind of restaurants and food stands anywhere. In the US it is already a common word that needs no translation to the English language. We decided to make our own toasting yellow corn tortillas andspread them with refried beans and to give our customers some variety one is topped with Lobster al Ajillo wich has a delicious smoky mild spicy taste and the second one with a fresh Tuna ceviche topped with slices of Mexican Avocado of course.
